How about proportions instead of size?

When looking at another in profile, have you noticed how different the proportions of the head seem to be? For instance, the height of the area of the frontal lobe of some is signficantly higher in relation to the height of the parietal lobe. In addition, the ear can be quit posterior with little skull or brain proportion in the lower parietal and occipital lobe and cerebellum. What could this mean? It also seems that the placement of the ears, vertically and horizontally, differs on one side of the head compared to the other.
