I am currently taking this med combination to treat anxiety which has affected my sleeping patterns and clinical depression. I am not sure if your respond to this type of questioning, but I am doing research for my own benefit on the longterm effects of this combination. keep in mind that I have tried every other drug combination imaginable with no luck of relief.
