If you are a non-professional who has questions about anxiety disorders, this is not the place to post them. The Anxiety Disorder Forum of Behavior OnLine is specifically designed as a place for mental health professionals (and graduate students in mental health) to discuss professional issues related to anxiety disorders.

There are many other excellent Web sites available for non-professionals who have questions about anxiety. Here are some good places to start (and each site has links to many other resources on the Internet):

Anxiety Disorders Association of America - http://www.cyberpsych.org/adaa/

    Obsessive Compulsive Foundation - http://pages.prodigy.com/alwillen/ocf.html

The National Panic and Anxiety Disorder Newsletter - http://spiderweb.com/npadnews/quest.htm

    Internet Mental Health - http://www.mentalhealth.com/

Mental Health Net Self-Help Sourcebook OnLine Index - http://www.cmhc.com/selfhelp/

    Noodles Panic-Anxiety Page - http://www.algy.com/anxiety/anxiety.html
