Harry Elmer Barnes was a pioneer in urban transportation and traffic analysis. He had the dubious distinction of being the inventor of the "everyone walk" phase of pedestrian traffic at busy downtown intersections. One of his more memorable sayings hs been a guiding thought for me, namely, "I never say an intersection that I thought I could not improve !!!!"
I feel the same way about your request if I could get a better look at your "intersection". If you have questions of confidentiality, ask some of your colleagues for advice on how to phrase things so that we can at least get a glimpse of the kind of questions you have in mind. Not that we couldn't be helpful by responding according to our guesses and assumptions of what you are exploring, mind you, but the responses might be a bit on the random side.
Looking forward to specifics, Charlie
