Seeking comments concerning ethical and legal issues when treating mandated clients for substance abuse

I am interested in hearing comments from colleagues concerning ethical and legal issues, and their resolutions, concerning the treatment of substance abuse with mandated clients. What are potential implications when treating women who are pregnant and have been mandated to treatment? What legal and ethical implications exist around the requirement to disclose confidential information and the client's right to privacy? What ethical and legal issues emerge concerning parental rights? What are potential concerns when treating for substance abuse with adolescent clients who are mandated?
