Where are researches about Virtual Corporation/Organization??

I'm happy for meeting people who changes ideas about OD/OB at Internet. I'm in a MBA program oriented to Human Resources and now writing a dissertation about problems that Virtual Corporation(or Organizations) and their practices may cause over OD/OB. I know this is a new field and in Brazil, really few big organization may be called virtual, turning dificult direct research. Many hours of research in Internet, bookstores, libraries and newspapers shows articles about technologies advantage when applyed on the job, how it can be a wonderfull way and miraculous exit but,less than 1% of those material has focus over "the bad and ugly face", bringing problems to OD/OB, forgeting the "The Human Side of Enterprises", of the job, of the life, history and ... the future. I'm having care, because can to exist a wrong way in my search but I'm sure that can to have some help here. We know that technology is the future, but it seems to me that we are going to a bad way near of a dangerous repetition of Theories from the begining of century, and we can't repeat then. I'm based in University of Brasilia, Brasilia, Brazil, and would like meeting people who have research whose can help me and/or ideas in this field, and who are sure the man is the principal, but all the technology, in spite of important, only a way to make us happy.
