I am struggling with the problem of semantics. It's a problem I don't quite know how to solve. Perhaps the best approach is simply to weigh in and discuss the case history I mentioned, the one concerning the young woman I will call Charlotte, if that's all right. I see I need to choose my words a bit more wisely.
