    Impressive results. Change in structure can have cultural implications (as well as functional). I wonder what did these changes mean to the individuals involved? People take action based on "meanings" that objects have for them. Certainly their actions resulted in enhanced performance. Did the structural changes alter the way work is performed, working relationships, intrinsic rewards, or was it seen as threatning? I think answers to these questions will be beneficial for you in your future work with this client system. Cultures develop, are maintained and change based on the meanings that "things" have for individuals and collectives. These meanings are transmitted through symbols, usually in the form of language. Hence, the social construction of reality. Thank you for the opportunity to convey my reality.
