This year's workshop is being held at The Fort Mason Center, Landmark Building C, Second Floor, San Francisco, CA 94123. Two 2-hour morning sessions will utilize case transcripts to illustrate the theory and show its clinical applications. Separate sessions will be offered for first-time, returning and long-time Workshop attendees. After lunch, two 2-hour afternoon sessions will consist of research, clinical or theoretically-oriented courses. Special plenary sessions will include a presentation of Psychotherapy Research in Zurich (based on Ekman's facial coding system work) on "passed and failed tests" and a showing of "The Center of the Storm: A Control-Mastery Approach to Child and Family Therapy, an introductory-level videotape on family therapy.
