I am just browsing, after Ron Koller dropped me an email to let me know that this site existed. I wanted to offer my compliments on this annotated list. Having set up my own links page... (which you kindly reference here) I know how much work it is. (And I hope to link our pages to this one soon.)

I also wanted to say hello to Charlie and others whom I have met during the course of writing The Age of Heretics; I look forward to reading more of the material here.
