OQ45 versus SCL45

I believe the OQ45 is a better instrument than the SCL45. Plus it is in widespread use by managed care companies assessing the outcomes of their providers. It is not public domain, but a license for unlimited use of the paper verssion is very reasonable, $25 for an individual up to $500 for a large group practice with 15-50 clinicians.
