I know what you mean, Keith... and in many cases I think you're right. People, though, do have a tendency to project meaning and emotion INTO the typed text that they read. And some people CAN be quite mean and disrespectful using just typed words. But in the long run, they are just words. Sticks and stones will break my bones.... (but in cyberspace we can always hit the DELETE key!)
