By using trans- and counter-transferance, I meant to imply that the accused therapist would argue his/her pt (also a therapist) is aware of such issues as transferance (as unconscious as they may be), and therefore the pt "knowing"-ly (in this case, knowing=having knowledge of the existance of unconsious issues, such as bi-directional development of feelings b/w "therapsit" and the "pt", both of which are trained clinicians in this case). What is your opinion?
