It is certainly wise to look for those actions that have taken hold over the years for naturally soothing. I'm glad you found a positive effect. Whether it bears out for some or most clients will bear watching. It will be important, however, to try to distinquish those actions that primarily relax and cause some effect, and those that stimulate accelerated processing.
