    An excellent point! As of now APA is grappling with what to do about practices in cyberspace. There are probably fewer than 50 therapists even attempting to run a cyberspace clinic. My question for the licensing boards is "if you are licensed to practice in a specific state and are 'treating' someone in another state, does your license 'transfer' and allow you to 'treat' that patient or do you need to be licensed in the client's state?" And then, who monitors performance? like to hear your thts!
