Who's using EDI for treatment authorization, referral, or billing and how successful has it been? What have been the most notable advantages you have derived from EDI? I've heard it reduces billing, authorization headaches and more! I've also heard that not many people are using it despite these benefits. What's stopping people? Is it expensive, unreliable?
