A couple of years ago I was on a technology panel with a fellow named Ralph Lamson who (i believe) did his work out of a VA just north of San Francisco (i keep thinking Santa Rosa or somewhere in Marin County). Very interesting work and my notes say that the program was written by a group called Division, Inc. in Redwood City.
