Well, not to sound self-serving, but have them all buy my book (coming in October) called TechnoStress: Coping With Technology @Work @Home @Play. [cute title, huh? Like the @ signs?]. This will tell the technophobes that they are not alone and give them (and everyone) suggestions for dealing with the stresses that technology brings to *all of us*. Yes, those stresses like people who do not return email or say they do, but don't really, stresses from techno-noises (cell phones, pagers, etc.) that invade our boundaries, stresses from trying to keep up but knowing that there is no way we can ever keep up with all the new technology. Stresses from trying to repair your old, loved gadget and finding out that you have to toss it and replace it with one that does so much more stuff that you don't want or need. Ah, yes, we are all feeling TechnoStressed, aren't we?
