Personally, I would just be happy if people would use the technology that is available to them. My pet peeves are people who can't (or wont) check and respond to their email, and people who still insist on hard copies of everything. Classic example: I overheard one of the secretaries complaining about her boss who had her email a document and fax it. Then he also had her mail a hard copy. Talk about overkill. And of course there are people who just plain refuse to have anything to do with technical "gizmos and gadgets". So Santa, what should we do about people who suffer from techno-phobia?
