Best source of information on Wolpe

Roger Poppen wrote a biography of Wolpe. It is published by Sage, and is entitled "Wolpe". I don't recall the date, but it is in the 1990s. another less specific source is an older book on the history of behaviour therapy by (I think) Alan Kazdin. Hope these help.
