It is hard to tell from your post if the medication was being helpful or not. It sounds like you did not notice much of a difference with the medication, so that might suggest that it was not being helpful. As an aside, the dose the you quote is quite small. If I remember correctly the upper range of the dose that still meets FDA quidelines is up to 200 mg. This does not mean, of course, that this would be a good idea for you so don't take this as medical advice but talk to your physician if you are still interested. There are a number of web sites that discuss medications and that can provide information about side effects, etc. that is usually good to know. Hope things work out well for you.
