    Empirically supported treatments for depression include: cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and behaviour therapy.

    Empirically supported treatment for social anxiety includes cognitive-behavioural therapy.

    These treatments have been shown in clinical trials to be very effective in treating these issues.

    EMDR does not appear on the lists for these disorders.
