thank you and to clarify - the strong reactions I mention occur after/between sessions as opposed to during the emdr processing session itself. Was just thinking - wouldn't anti-depressents help me access feelings/emotions more easily, allow me to feel them rather than not experience (shut them down) and, so, emdr could be more successful?
