You may wish to review the archives of this forum for all the prior discussion about dissociation. It is an important and complex subject.

EMDR has an important role in the treatment of dissociative conditions, and one that must be undertaken with great care.

As part of an overall treatment plan appropriate for dissociation, resolution of sexual intimacy problems is a likely outcome of treatment.
