Re:EMDR with a MDD/PTSD/DID/SRA client (research question--pls HELP!!)

There is no "absolute" answer to these questions, though an experienced clinician may be able to assist. There is no specific protocol for EMDR with DID patients re SRA issues. However, if you seek out an experienced and trained person in dissociation who is also certified in EMDR, they will be able to suggest ways to proceed safely. Good luck to you and your client.
