EMDR club

This message is for any lay people who might be interested. There is a club at the Yahoo! site for persons interested in, going through or considering EMDR. I hope Behaviornet would not mind me posting this here. I have found that not many people are aware of EMDR or that there are other clients going through the experience. This club has helped me to initiate the steps into EMDR therapy. I just would like to spread the word to other who may be feeling the same pain and need a hand to get there. There is a story posted here that also got me moving along with the stories at the Yahoo! EMDR club. Thank you for letting me spread the word. Bonnie
