    EMDR and Involuntary body movements
    Amigeaux · 01/14/01 at 11:37 ET

I have recently had approximately 10 EMDR sessions for multiple early childhood T's. During several of these sessions I have experienced involuntary body movements, such as my head snapping to the right with my inability to move it back for several minutes, facial contractions the intensity of which I cannot come near duplicating outside the sessions, etc.

What is the meaning and significance of these involuntary body movements?

    Thank You.
