    EMDR-8 phases

    I am researching EMDR for a class I am taking in my graduate program. I have learned a lot about it, yet am unclear about one thing. In two different areas of my research I read that EMDR consists of 8 phases. However, the resources did not specify what the 8 phases were. Is anyone familiar with these phases or know of somewhere that I would be able to get this information? Thank You.
