Its probably going to take awhile for me. I wish there was a way to see if my depression is stemming from the crib. My first memories begin around 4 of 5. All I know is that during EMDR when asked to visualize a memory and then tune in to what I was feeling...........I become frustrated. I try very hard to recall the emotion but cannot. Alot of my memories was abuse that happened numerous times.........I dont know if that has something to do with it. So, it seems like certain things ( emotions ) were probably there on a constant. I just wanted to know how to make the best out of a session. How to relax ........or anything general that would help anyone accomplish the most out of their sessions. Thank you.
