I have recently been informed by my therapist that EMDR may be very helpful for me. I am terrified that I will become sick to my stomach during the session and that is what my "phobia" is. :-/ Is there any input that you can offer that will put my mind a little more at ease? Thanks in advance. :-)
At first, I was very eager and looking forward to my first treatment, but now after reading countless sites on the web, I'm feeling a bit more skeptical. :-/
