Acute Grief and FAS

I was wondering if anyone has had experience doing EMDR with someone who has FAS. I am fairly new to the field and have not run across any literature pertaining to EMDR and FAS. I recognize that EMDR is not effective in changing neurological damage, however, I am curious as to whether or not some of the adaptive learning is blocked by some of these deficits.
