    Re:Bilateral Stimulation Tapes

    The tapes and CDs have bilateral sounds on them, meaning the sound is heard back and forth, alternating on the left and right sides of a headset. Some of these sounds are "pretty music" or sounds of waves, etc... some of the sounds are simply "beeps" or tones.

    It is a form of auditory bilateral stimulation that can be used in place of eye movements or physically "tapping" the left and right sides of the body.
