    Bilateral Stimulation Tapes

    Hey--whazzup? Was just trying these things called Bilateral Stimulation Tapes from this guy called David Grand. They're supposed to be used in EMDR. But there's lots of pretty music over the sounds.

    Was trying them and no response. Usually do respond with the lights and beeps in therapy. Anyone else have experience with these tapes/CDs?
