David Grand's audio tones are available for purchase online. I believe it's www.biolateral.com

I used these for self calming (am also DD).

If your therapist thinks you can use something at home... with written authorization from her you could purchase a theratapper (device like nuerotek) or she can buy it for you and sell it to you. That's at your therapist's discretion, tho, I bought the Grand tones at MY discretion. :) Hope this helps.
