Selective Mutism and agenisis of the corpus callosum

I'm hoping to get some information about any research or experience that other therapists have had with using EMDR to address Selective mutism. The clinical picture is complicated with the fact that my client also has agenisis of the corpus callosum. The extracallssal anterior commissures are intact. So my questions are has anyone had any experience or suggestions or know of research on:
    1) EMDR as a treatment for selective mutism?
    2) EMDR with a client who has either a callosumectomy or agenisis of the corpus callosum?

    Thank you
