Re:On EMDR for DDNOS & DID

Thank you, I have read many of the other messages here, and have fond support for some of my experiances with EMDR. Especially the ones regarding truma issues connected to the pre-verbal stage of infant/child development. While I do not have separate personalities, I often am at a loss for words to describe what is going on inside. This has amazed me, as I am very creative and often use poems and journaling to express myself. This was very ture (and frustrating)in one EMDR session.

Again Thank you for your responce. I will look at the site you mentioned. My current Therapist is also a Trauma expert, and currently involved with EMDR research.
