    To repeat, this forum has, even in the last few months, had animated discussions from various perspectives of the EMDR research and with specific emphasis on eye movements. I'm not going to repeat it here, just go back and read it. its there for you to review.

    Regarding, "EMDR is controversial and not accepted practice by the American Psychological Association." This is incorrect. APA found EMDR to be an empirically valid/efficacious treatment for PTSD, as did the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, both organizations having reviewed the literature at length.
