    about medications

    Dear Mr./Ms. McFall,

In answer to your earlier question concerning SSRI's, yes I have tried them and other medications through the years in conjunction with therapy.

I had extreme and unpredictable adverse reactions to SSRI's and tri-cylics, even at the very lowest starting doses.

On SSRI's I become hyperactive and anxious.

On tri-cyclics I go into a sort of short-term memory shunt loop, where I can not function or know what I am doing from moment to moment.

Anti-anxiety medications do not affect me at all even at very high doses, including zanax and valium. I might as well be taking sugar pills.

It is obvious that you have quite a bit of intellectual capacity. I just find it a shame that you would use this in such a derogatory way, rather than to use it to explore what you do not yet understand.

    Diane
