Eye movements while not in therapy session

I have been doing weekly EMDR with my longtime therapist for several months. Lately, friends have been noticing that when I speak about events or feelings that have surfaced during an EMDR, my eyes move back and forth exactly as if I were watching and moving with the lights in the my therapist's office. I am entirely unaware that my eyes are moving during these conversations with friends. I can't feel it physically. I understand there is a name for this and would like to know what it is.
