    Re:EMDR and Minority Stress

    No research on this point, but lots of clinical experience (myself and others).

    EMDR clinically is found to be helpful with adjustment to various types of life changes, people's reaction, shame, fear, etc about past, present and future events. It doesn't change other people's behavior, obviously, but it facilitates internal adjustment and repose.
