Re:rdi and spiritual experience

I know of no research but plenty anecdotal experience, personal as well as clinical experience.

Lots of us have experienced, or witnessed in our clients, profound spiritual experience as part of EMDR processing. Whether in RDI or at the natural resolution of EMDR standard processing, it is not unusual, but is sublime, to arrive at a perspective, a context, a compassion, that leaves one breathless, grateful and feeling as if one has touched the divine.
