That certainly makes sense to me - I don't use DBT myself but I certainly have clients that I do emdr with who have talk therapists for different reasons and I find that it often works in quite a complementary way - traumas being processed with the emdr facilitates the behavioural changes that are being targetted thru the other therapy, etc...
