Re:emdr and learned lies

I don't think that in the example I gave the child ego state was interfering, she was along for the ride - the fun! Didn't want it to stop! Like she was there having fun while some other part of me was processing other things. Does that make sense with EMDR?

Looking back on it - it is still so funny and all I can think is "Goddess love it, isn't she just wonderful" If I had that part in front of me as a real child I would just take her and squeeze her.
