    EMDR and mild depression
    Mark · 08/16/00 at 4:33 PM ET

Since EMDR is usually discussed in conjunction with severe, specific traumas, I wonder if someone could discuss whether it is helpful with a more vague and general longstanding depression. In particular, I wonder if depression even has the sort of specific, vivid images (with high SUD ratings) that could be worked with in EMDR fashion.

    Thanks
