    Hi,

Ron, I'm happy to hear you are doing better. I'm curious if your therapist used a "thera-tapper" or another method in your treatment?

And Brenda, I have been in and out of therapy for 15 years, for PTSD and childhood sexual abuse, among other things. I have only made slow progress towards recovery until trying EMDR (therapist using a thera-tapper). I have made tremendous strides in only 6 months of bi-monthly sessions. I have even stopped taking Prozac and occasional use of Antivan, and I'm still progressing fine. I have never been able to appreciate my life before now, and it just keeps getting better. I would recommend trying it.

I do have a question... I have recently experiences symptoms of constant lightheadedness, dizziness, and some "dyslexia" too. This happens to coincide with the therapist and I dealing with my sexual abuse as a child, and 1.5 months out of stopping the Prozac. We are not sure if it is related - all physical reasons for such symptoms are just but ruled out...so we are continuing with caution at this point. Is this a known side-effect?

    Thanks, Susan
