Thank you, Dr. Paulsen, for your quick response to my question re: ABreaction. I experienced such a reaction during my last EMDR session and have felt the most peaceful since my son's totally unexpected death 9 months ago when I was unable to revive him w/CPR. For the first time, I feel hope that I can live a somewhat normal life and that the the constant internal quivering and total preoccupation with that image is stored where it cannot destroy my sanity. (I have lost 30 lbs. since his death).
