Where can I find Dr Shapiro's PhD dissertation ?

I did the standard search in the dissertation abstracts and found none for author of "Francine Shapiro". I tried other keywords and databases as well. I understand it would have been published in the mid 1980s? Could someone give me a URL or other reference to it? I also tried a general internet search. And it's not mentioned in her vitae at emdr.com
