Your mention of bilateral stimulation intrigued me. After reading some of these posts, and learning about EMDR, it sort of strikes me that this sounds similar to Paul Dennison's Brain Gym, which has been used successfully with disorders of behavior, learning and concentration. EMDR seems to involve the same median-crossing concept,only EMDR involves only the eyes, whereas brain gym involves the whole body. I am wondering if the two are related, in terms of how they affect the mind.
