Two reasons that these claims are spurious

There are two reasons that the resort to authority argument of pulling out the DIV12 TF and ISTSS are illogical:

1) By the DIV12 criteria prayer and non-directed talking are both "empirically validated treatments";

and 2) The political behind the sceens at both DIV12 and ISTSS have been widely discussed and serve to mitigate against any legitimate expertise one might want to attribute to these groups.
