EMDR & BDD

Dr. Shapiro;

I am working with a Dr. in Shrewsbury Mass who worked
under you while learning EMDR. She is wonderful!
(And speaks very highly of you!)

I have been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
I was doing very well. So well that my medication
was lowered!

I even wanted my medication lowered again which
I did under my doctors care. I have since had a
re-occurence of anxiety/ocd symptoms. My doctor
said that I am pushing to hard. I should take it slow.

Any comments?
